Transfers are made between higher education institutions whose equivalence is recognized by the Council of Higher Education and are equivalent. Who can apply for Horizontal Transfer? Currently enrolled students; -To be successful in at least two semesters of a four-year university. -To be continuing a program equivalent to one of the programs within METU. Who cannot apply for Horizontal Transfer? Transfer procedures are not possible under the following conditions: - Those who are expelled from any university or higher education institution in Turkey or abroad for academic reasons or disciplinary offenses.
